01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the kxu8 platform, including the website at kxu8.io, all associated mobile-optimised pages, the casino lobby, sports betting services, live dealer games, payment facilities, and any related services offered by kxu8 (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any responsible gaming register, including any internal kxu8 self-exclusion list.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of kxu8 or any of its affiliated game providers, and you must not be an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a location where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold one account only on the kxu8 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. Where kxu8 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the oldest verified account may be closed and any balances or bonus credits within them forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. kxu8 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

Your kxu8 account credentials — username and password — are personal to you. You must:

• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify kxu8 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

kxu8 accepts no liability for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to adequately protect their credentials or delayed notification of suspected compromise.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

kxu8 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select major Bangladeshi bank accounts. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on transaction size, account verification status, and operational requirements. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your kxu8 wallet following confirmation from the payment provider, typically within 30 seconds for MFS channels. kxu8 does not charge any fees on standard deposits, though your MFS provider may apply their own transaction fees as per their respective terms.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and identity verification. kxu8 will only process withdrawals to a payment method registered in the same name as the kxu8 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• Players must have completed at least one deposit before submitting a withdrawal request.
• kxu8 may request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals above ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms.
• kxu8 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal pending completion of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) or compliance checks.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

kxu8 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates. Where any conflict exists between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all kxu8 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• A player may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously.
• Wagering requirements must be met using the player's own deposited funds plus bonus funds, within the specified time period, before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• The maximum bet allowed while a bonus is active is ৳500 per round or spin unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• kxu8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the kxu8 Platform — including live casino games (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), video slots, and sports betting markets — operate according to the rules and configurations set by their respective certified providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.

The outcomes of all casino games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and may vary by title. kxu8 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Sports betting odds are set by kxu8's trading team and may be updated at any time prior to the relevant event commencing. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked for that wager. Bets placed on events where the outcome is already known (corrupted data, system error) are void and stakes are returned.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting event, kxu8 reserves the right to void affected rounds or bets and return stakes.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kxu8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or registering under a false identity.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using software, algorithms, bots, or any automated means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or reversals on deposits.
• Conducting money laundering or any activity that facilitates money laundering through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kxu8 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

kxu8 may suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request by the player.
• Extended period of account inactivity (12 consecutive months with no login activity).

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting kxu8 support at [email protected]. Where an account is closed at the player's voluntary request and no Terms violation is involved, any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

In cases of account closure due to prohibited conduct or fraud, kxu8 reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance pending investigation and, if applicable, forfeiture.

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit kxu8's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

kxu8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kxu8 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. kxu8 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities where required for operational, legal, or compliance purposes.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution mechanisms applicable to kxu8's operating jurisdiction.
